Miss Tacloban 2010 has been crowned! And she is none other than 17-year-old student, Candidate #5 Ivy Advincula Severson. She was crowned by former 1996 Bb. Pilipinas International Yedda Marie Mendoza Kittilsvedt-Romuladez with the crown bequeathed to her by Miss Tacloban 2009 Rachelle Erica Pineda.
